Do you offer repairs?
Yes, if it's a piece I made. Every repair will be different so I don't have a set repair cost. In general, I will ask you to pay for priority shipping back to me for repair and if there are any repair costs, I will decide on a per case basis. Please contact me.
How much is the shipping?
Orders over $50 ship for FREE.
Orders under $50 pay a flat rate of $5.00
How soon will my order ship?
Please allow 3 days for shipping. If an item is in stock and already made, it will ship next day but I like to give myself time in case I run into any issues. I ship via USPS and once it's out of my hands, I have no control. I'd allow at least a week to receive your item(s).
How can I pay?
I use PayPal as my payment processor, so I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells me that you've paid and I ship you your stuff. I get your money through PayPal later.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
